Kanazawa Half-Day Private Tour with a Local Host

Yuzuki was amazing- he took us away from the crowds and showed us beautiful temples and shrines, including one where he talked to the monk and got us access inside with very interesting information. We also saw the more popular spots but we appreciated the tranquil locations. Yuzuki's love for Kanazawa shows in his enthusiasm. His English is also excellent.

Very fun day with Megumi! She's delightful and her english was excellent! She even taught me new tricks for taking pictures!

The operator didn't find a guide for us. Given it was a public holiday on a short notice, it wasn't an easy task, but the way it was handled was not very professional. In the first place only viable options should be bookable. An operator should know about restrictions like public holidays. Secondly, the first warning that no guide could be found came very late on the evening before the tour. Updates were not given proactively and the tour start went by without any update. Only after escalating the issue with Klook, the service was handled professionally. The communication in general was friendly but some agents not very competent. Only the last agent who handled the booking was helpful and actually trying to find a solution. That agents even provided a tour itinerary for us to explore on our own.
