Reviews
If you're flying into Kansai Airport and plan to visit Hiroshima, Okayama, Fukuoka, and a bit of Shikoku, this pass is definitely the best option. Here are some details not clearly explained in the Klook description: 1. This pass allows unlimited reserved seat bookings. The first five can be made at a green ticket machine, and subsequent bookings can be made at a green ticket window. 2. This pass also includes free rides on the Okayama Electric Railway and the Miyajima JR Ferry. 3. Within the JR West area, you can pass through the automatic ticket gates, while for JR Shikoku, you'll need to use the manned ticket gates. 4. This pass covers destinations like Kotohira (Konpira-san Shrine) and Takamatsu. 5. This pass is valid for 7 days! 7 days! 7 days! Not the five days mentioned in Klook's title. Please refer to the official website for accurate information.
Enter the country from Takamatsu Airport, stay in Takamatsu for one night, and take a car to Kobe the next day. First, exchange the pass at Takamatsu Station, which can be used for 7 days. I went to Himeji Castle, Hiroshima Miyajima Sea Torii, and Osaka Station. It was worth taking the Shinkansen! !
it was an easier and cheaper ticket exprxialky when accessing some spots around Osaka and Fukuoka. it was also easy to show the people at the ticket lane when asking if you could use it to get to certain provinces. I think the only thing I was troubled about was when we were going to Fukuoka airport from Hakata station. from what I understood it was included in the pass. other than that it was a good ticket if your just roaming around Osaka and Fukuoka.
Highly recommend purchasing this pass for unlimited rides on JR trains and the Shinkansen. I exchanged for mine using a machine in Hiroshima. With this pass, I took trains between Hiroshima, Okayama, Onomichi, Kurashiki, Himeji, Osaka, Kobe, and Takamatsu. I also used the JR ferry to go to Miyajima and Shodoshima. In Okayama, you can ride the streetcar. In the Shikoku area, the ticket vending machines and automatic gates cannot read this pass, so you must go to the counter for manual processing when reserving a reserved seat.
Price: Excellent value, a real bargain. Seat Reservation Process: Very convenient, can be exchanged directly at JR ticket machines. Pass Coverage: Usable on JR Shinkansen and limited express trains, and even the high-speed ferry from Hiroshima to Matsuyama. Seat reservations can also be made in advance.
If you're traveling in Japan's Kansai region (Setouchi), this is an essential pass. You can ride the Shinkansen an unlimited number of times and also use trains and ferries operated by JR. I purchased the 7-day consecutive use pass and visited almost all major cities like Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima, Okayama, Fukuyama, and Kobe. It's incredibly efficient to book a hotel near a station and use that station as your base. I plan to use it again.
If you exchange at Hakata Station, you can exchange this pass for a real ticket at machines 9-11 on the JR West side (Shinkansen side). I only had one day to review it because I bought it almost a month in advance. It's a great deal. Just taking the Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka is almost the same price as the pass, plus you can also visit Shikoku.
This pass really has a high cost-performance ratio. You can ride the Shinkansen between Shin-Osaka and Hakata as much as you want, and you can also take the JR to Takamatsu, take the ferry to Shodoshima, and even take the high-speed ferry back to Hiroshima from Matsuyama.
The all-in-one pass is very useful, allowing you to visit Hiroshima, Osaka, Ehime, Kagawa, and is very cost-effective.
Buying this pass is really cost-effective. You can ride the Shinkansen between Shin-Osaka and Hakata as much as you want, and you can also take the JR to Takamatsu, take a ferry to Shodoshima, and even take a high-speed ferry back to Hiroshima from Matsuyama.
