• In the winter, a maximum of 24 people are accepted. Minibuses or small vehicles are used for transport to maintain flexibility. It is possible to split into two vehicles running in parallel, and the tour leader will board the vehicles in stages during the trip to provide explanations and introductions.

Attraction information

• If the Catbus is unable to reach the destination due to excessive snow, it will instead visit the Fukagawa Michi-no-Eki / Okuni Shrine, as determined by the tour guide on the day, with no prior notice given.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Pets are prohibited
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
