• [Important Reminder for the Fireworks Site] The fireworks festival will be extremely crowded. Please follow the tour leader's guidance to your designated seats at the venue, and make sure to follow the leader's instructions. Please also ensure that your valuables and other items are properly kept safe.
• [Infant Free Policy] Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Each adult is limited to carrying 1 infant without a separate seat (meals not included). If you are traveling with a 0-1 year old child (free of charge), please note this when placing your order. If you fail to notify in advance and there is insufficient space, the driver has the right to refuse service, and any resulting losses must be borne by yourself. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Meal Notice] The cost of this plan includes a fruit picking admission ticket and a lunch of Omi beef sukiyaki. This is a package deal, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portions. Please be aware. (The meal content is a set menu. If you have any special dietary requirements (such as vegetarian or food allergies), please note them at the time of booking. We will do our best to assist in arranging them, though full accommodation cannot be guaranteed.)
• [Precautions for Fruit Picking Experience] To maintain orchard order and the quality of visitors' experience, please be sure to comply with the following regulations: 1. This tour is limited to the unlimited consumption of the orchard's designated seasonal fruit categories within the orchard. Taking fruits out of the orchard is strictly prohibited. If it is discovered that excessive fruit has been picked, a large amount of uneaten fruit has been left behind, or fruit is being carried out, the orchard reserves the right to charge an additional fee (the taken-out portion will be billed according to on-site prices, and fees are at your own expense). 2. If you carry containers such as coolers or large bags, orchard staff may inspect them when you leave the park, and your cooperation is appreciated. 4. There are other types of fruits in the orchard, but only the officially designated seasonal fruit categories are available for unlimited consumption; please do not pick other varieties.
• [Pre-trip Notification Email Reminder] On the evening before departure from 19:00 to 22:00 (Japan time), we will send a pre-trip notification email containing the tour leader's contact information, driver's information, meeting point map, and relevant precautions. Please be sure to check it in time and also check your spam folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed, and your understanding is appreciated. If you receive multiple emails, the content of the most recently sent one shall prevail.
• [Assembly Time] Please be sure to arrive at the designated location to check in 10 minutes before the assembly time. To ensure the rights and interests of all passengers, we will not wait for latecomers and no refunds will be issued. Please gather on time to avoid affecting the itinerary schedule. If you are late due to personal reasons on the day and fail to participate, you cannot join the tour midway and no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Cancellation Policy] Cancellations made 21 days (inclusive) or more prior to the selected date, or if the tour group formation requirements are not met, will be free of charge with a full refund. Cancellations made 16 to 20 days prior to the selected date will incur a 10% handling fee; cancellations made 10 to 15 days prior to the selected date will incur a 30% handling fee; cancellations made 3 to 9 days prior to the selected date will incur a 40% handling fee; cancellations made 0 to 2 days prior to the selected date cannot be cancelled, modified, nor are refunds permitted.
• [Force Majeure] In the event of poor weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel this tour will be made 1 day prior to departure (18:00 local time), and notifications will be sent via email at any time thereafter.
• [Notice on Itinerary Duration] According to Japanese labor laws, the maximum daily working hours for drivers is 10 hours. To ensure driving safety, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the itinerary based on actual conditions (such as shortening stays or canceling certain attractions). Such adjustments shall not be used as a reason for refunds or complaints.
• [Accident Insurance] Day tour itineraries do not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers; please assess your own health or capability. The company assumes no liability for any personal or property damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseeable factors. Thank you for your understanding.

• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund
