• The venue floor is slippery due to hard-frozen ice and snow. Small children and the elderly should be especially careful of falling; take small steps and walk slowly.
• Please dispose of any leftover drinks from the tasting corner at Kobayashi Brewery in the designated containers. Spitting out alcohol you have taken into your mouth is prohibited. Also, during crowded times, please be considerate of others and cooperate in reducing waste. Eating and drinking are generally prohibited within the tour course. Furthermore, animals are not allowed inside the building or garden.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Participants are advised dress appropriately for this activity (long pants, long-sleeved shirt or scarf to cover shoulders, and closed shoes)
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• For smooth entry, please refrain from wearing flip flops, shorts, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts
• The following items are prohibited: drones
• Pets are prohibited
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• Flash photography is/are strictly prohibited inside the attraction
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility

What to wear

• Wear down jackets and thick outerwear, and eliminate skin exposure with gloves, scarves, and knit hats.
• The venue can be quite cold, so it's reassuring to have hand warmers for your shoes and body.
• Non-slip, waterproof winter snow boots or rain boots are suitable.

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Child seats are not available
• This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
• Participants using wheelchairs/mobility equipment should be accompanied

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
• Luggage storage and delivery services are not provided

• You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
