• We will send you a confirmation email after 15:00 PM the day before your trip, which will include: meeting time, tour guide contact information, and vehicle license plate number. Please check your inbox (it may go into your spam folder).
• The Hakodate two-day tour includes a night view guided tour. Departure and meeting times may change due to the actual arrangements for viewing Hakodate's night scenery on that evening. To ensure you are notified of any time changes as soon as possible, please make sure the social media account you provided is correct and pay attention to messages during the tour.
• The first day's itinerary ends around 7:30 PM, and on the second day, we will gather at 8:00 AM. Both locations are near Hakodate Station. For your travel convenience, we strongly recommend that when booking accommodation, you prioritize hotels "around Hakodate Station" to facilitate seamless travel connections.
• To avoid delaying your next departure, please arrive at the designated location 15 minutes in advance. Late arrival will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and no refunds will be issued.
• This itinerary does not include meals or accommodation; please arrange your own. Usuzan Ropeway, Bear Ranch, Goryokaku Tower, and Hakodateyama Ropeway are optional activities.
• Please take good care of your personal belongings and try not to carry valuables; if lost or damaged, you will be solely responsible.
• Infants aged 0-2 years who do not occupy a seat are free, but advance notice must be given to avoid being refused service by the driver due to vehicle overcrowding.
• The journey is long. If you encounter traffic jams, please wait patiently. Our company will not be responsible for any subsequent costs incurred due to delays caused by traffic jams. Thank you for your understanding.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
