If I could give this zero stars I would, arrived at meeting point 20 minutes early. waited until meeting time, took 5 minutes to find the number of operator. Rung for 20 minutes with no answer. Finally got onto Klook and they spent an hour trying to get through to operator, with no success. my experience of this tour was standing at Miyajima ferry terminal for 2 hours with a deer for company. do not book with them, please. Ended up walking around the island before heading back, disappointed and frustrated.
