- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, no waiting will be provided for late arrivals.
- Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant will provide full travel services, with no additional tour leader. After arriving at the attractions, you are free to explore. Please be aware of this.
- On the day of the tour, due to road conditions or other factors, the time spent at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be canceled. The return arrival time may also be significantly delayed, so please avoid arranging activities for that evening. Your understanding is appreciated.
- When engaging in free activities, please pay attention to personal and property safety. If you do not heed advice and an accident occurs or losses are incurred, you will be solely responsible.
- Children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free. One adult is limited to bringing one child who does not occupy a seat.
- If the tour cannot proceed due to weather conditions or insufficient participants, the tour fee will be fully refunded. However, expenses such as travel, accommodation facilities, etc., incurred by the traveler will not be compensated. If a traveler fails to show up on the day, leaves the group midway, or voluntarily abandons the tour itinerary due to personal reasons, no refund or compensation will be provided.

- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
