The centre feels a little run down and it was difficult to access for me with the playroom in the basement. There were two steps up into the building and a narrow area to park strollers. A good variety of play equipments to keep a two year old entertained. There was also a complimentary playdoh making activity that looked fun. However the number of participants is capped at 10. So best to register at arrival. The staff did not inform me of the activity upon arrival so I missed the opportunity. I encounter a lovely employee who helped me with charging my phone. I felt the service was definitely five stars due to my encounter with this employee.
