It's pretty good. The Kintetsu Station in Nagoya is also easy to find. Once you find it, you just scan the code to enter the station. When you arrive in Ise, you also scan the code to exit. It's really convenient.
I highly recommend this tour. The guide took good care of everyone and the explanations were excellent.
The Hinotori (Premium) is highly recommended! I'm asleep througout the whole duration because of the comfortable seat and space.
I loved it, it's super easy to use, the station is great, and they can always help you if you need it.

Compared to the Shinkansen, Kintetsu is a more affordable (and leisurely) option. If you have plenty of time, you can choose the Urban Liner; if you have more to spend, you can opt for the Hinotori.
