What to expect
# Pre-trip Notification Customer service will contact you between 17:00 and 21:00 on the day before your departure date. If you do not receive our call, please check your email for the [Travel Email] (the email may sometimes go into the [Spam] folder, so please check there). When you come to Kyushu in spring, be sure to set aside one day for Saga. This is a slow-paced day trip that covers shrines, lake views, gardens, and cherry blossom parks all at once. You don’t need to check train schedules or rush, and there’s plenty of time for photos, making it perfect for first-time visitors.
Depart from Hakata in the morning. As you head towards Saga, the city gradually becomes quieter, and the breath of spring slowly unfolds.
Dazaifu is a must-visit. Tenmangu Shrine during cherry blossom season is a bit gentler than usual. Walking along the approach, with the aroma of Umegae Mochi on one side and pink floral shadows on the other, it’s great for strolling and taking photos.
Next is Yutoku Inari Shrine ⛩ The vermilion torii gates extend upwards, layer by layer. Paired with cherry blossoms in spring, the visual impact is truly strong. There’s ample time here to walk and take photos at a leisurely pace.
Midway, you’ll stop at the underwater torii gate. Lake, torii, and sky – a perfect trio. A casual shot looks very Japanese and is perfect for a WeChat Moments cover photo.
In the afternoon, visit Mifuneyama Rakuen. This is the most unmissable place in Saga during spring. Mountains + gardens + cherry blossoms create excellent layers. It’s not a fleeting sightseeing spot, but rather a place that becomes more comfortable the further you explore.
Finally, to Asahigaoka Park. A place where locals come for picnics and strolls. Sitting for a while, admiring the flowers, and relaxing adds a lot to the experience.
If the blooming period is not ideal, the itinerary will be flexibly adjusted. The overall pace is unhurried, with photography and experience prioritized.

This tour was very fun and insightful! Although the time we went on the tour for cherry blossom viewing was too early as there are very limited trees that are in full bloom, we still had a great time seeing the breathtaking sights and wonderful scenery in every location in the itinerary. Nicole, our tour guide, was also very knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating all throughout the tour. We were the only english speakers within our group and yet we didn’t really feel left out as she took her time to explain to us every detail about the stories behind each location. She also shared various recommendations of which places to go to and what food to eat (that we enjoyed very much) and took really good pictures of us. Definitely recommend this tour for those who’ll be coming over to Fukuoka during the peak sakura season in Japan! 🌸🩷

Today, our tour guide, Ms. Daisy Wu Xia, was very dedicated. She meticulously introduced each attraction and even gave tips on how to take beautiful photos. Throughout the entire tour, she maintained a friendly smile while explaining the shrine in both Chinese and English. I've booked with Klook many times, and this is the first time I've encountered such a responsible guide. Today's itinerary was very enjoyable!

We are very grateful for tour guide Wu Xia's professional and thoughtful service, which made our cherry blossom viewing trip unforgettable. We were lucky to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom at Yutoku Inari Shrine. The tour guide also thoughtfully introduced delicious food and great shopping spots in Fukuoka at the end of the trip. We will definitely choose this kind of trip again if we have the chance in the future.
When we went to Dazaifu in the morning, the rain dampened our spirits a bit, but our guide's friendly demeanor quickly cheered us up. Honestly, I've never seen a guide go to such lengths to be considerate; she even went to the bank beforehand to get plenty of 1,000 yen notes for travelers to exchange! The guide also proactively offered to take photos of my husband and me, and tried her best to accommodate all our requests. There were only seven travelers in our group, making a total of nine people including the driver. We all got along so well, it truly felt like traveling with family. A good guide is incredibly important for the overall atmosphere of a trip, and I highly recommend this guide! Finally, I really want to commend our guide; she was like an open book, helping me learn about Japan's local customs and culture. Thank you to her!
Very informative and well organised tour by Daisy. We also appreciated sharing maps and recommendations during the tour via WhatsApp. Out of several Kyushu tours booked via Klook, this one was definitely the highlight - we absolutely recommend Daisy as your tour guide!
The itinerary and timing were very well managed. Our tour guide, Ms. Jiang, was also very professional and enthusiastic in assisting the group members. Unfortunately, it rained all day. If it hadn't been raining, I imagine the itinerary would have felt too rushed. It would be better to reduce one attraction, for example, remove Asahigaoka Park, and allocate more time to Yutoku Inari Shrine, as there wasn't even time for lunch.
Daisy Wu is a professional guide; we are lucky and enjoy the cherry blossom in Yūtoku Inari Shrine 祐徳稲荷神社 although it was not bloomed in other spots

Pre-trip Notification • Please ensure that the communication app you have provided can be used to contact you during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send vehicle and guide information for the next day’s trip to your email before 8 PM on the day before departure. Please check your email (it may be in your spam folder). To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact your guide or driver promptly. Thank you. • If the number of participants does not meet the minimum group size, you will be notified of cancellation by email one day before departure. In case of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, confirmation of cancellation will be made by 6:00 PM local time one day before departure and notified by email. Seating and Vehicles • The itinerary is a shared group tour, and seat allocation follows a first-come, first-served principle. If you have special requests, please note them, and we will do our best to arrange them, but the final arrangement will be based on the actual situation on site. • The vehicle model used will be arranged according to the number of participants and cannot be specified. For smaller groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant may be arranged, and the commentary content will be relatively brief. • If you need to carry luggage, please inform us in advance. If you carry luggage without authorization, the guide has the right to refuse you boarding, and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle. If any damage or stains are caused, compensation will be required according to local standards. Itinerary Adjustments and Safety • Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles may not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. Overtime will incur additional charges (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 JPY/hour). • The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopovers, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, and other circumstances. The guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions based on the actual situation. • If you are late due to personal reasons, temporarily change the meeting point, or leave the group midway, no refund will be given. Any accidents or additional expenses incurred after leaving the group must be borne by yourself. Season and Scenery • Seasonal activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snowscapes, and fireworks festivals are greatly affected by climate. The blooming period and peak autumn foliage may be earlier or later. Even if the expected scenery is not met, the tour will still proceed as scheduled, and no refunds will be given.
Other Information • Please arrive at the meeting point on time. The tour will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join midway. • It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. For winter or mountain itineraries, please bring your own warm clothing.
* The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks. Travelers are advised to register cautiously based on their health conditions.
* After the tour departs, if it is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, no refund will be given, and travelers will be responsible for their own return journey or additional accommodation costs.
* During Japanese public holidays and weekend travel peaks, there are often severe traffic jams or attractions closing early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for the same evening, and to bring light food and a power bank.
