Professional Bartender Certificate Course

This course is designed for beginners with no prior experience or those interested in cocktails. Led by Lok Chan, a former manager of a well-known bar in Central, the course guides students through the use of bartending tools, liquor characteristics, mixing techniques, shaking methods, and visual presentation through demonstrations and hands-on practice. The class will teach a variety of classic cocktails, such as Old Fashioned, Manhattan, and Martini, and provide practice time and instructor reviews to help students gradually improve their skills. A YES bartending certificate will be awarded upon completion of 80% attendance, making it ideal for students who want to enter the industry or improve their beverage knowledge.
