Wheel throwing may look simple, but it requires focus, patience, and sensitivity. As the wheel gently spins, you’ll learn to relax, listen to your body, and create a one-of-a-kind piece with your own hands.

Course Content

• Basic wheel throwing techniques
• Wheel control (centering, opening, widening, pulling, shaping)
• Demonstration + guided practice (small group teaching)

Students are free to create their own pieces (cups, bowls, plates, vases, etc.) You may share reference images in advance and discuss your design with the instructor

Course Info

• Duration: About 1 hour
• Class size: up to 7 students
• Language: Cantonese (Mandarin / English available upon request via WhatsApp)

Finished Pieces & Firing

Each student completes 1 piece (includes 400g white clay) All works go through bisque firing + glaze firing (not available for same-day pickup)

• Glazing by instructor included (color selection available)
• Optional extra session for self-glazing
