Important Notes

• This product offers charter service starting or ending in Nagoya. Point-to-point transfers or stops at designated attractions along the way can be arranged according to the booked plan. The actual service content depends on the selected product and booked plan.
• Pick-up/drop-off locations can be Nagoya city, Chubu Centrair International Airport, or applicable areas listed in the product.
• Please confirm the pick-up time and location when booking. Route or destination changes cannot be made temporarily after the order is confirmed.
• The driver will provide pick-up/drop-off service at the agreed time, with a free waiting period of 30 minutes. A waiting fee of 5,000 JPY per hour will be charged for waiting periods exceeding 30 minutes; any period less than 1 hour will be calculated as 1 hour.
• The vehicle model is for reference only; an equivalent model will be arranged based on the vehicle dispatch schedule on the day of service.
• It is recommended to complete the booking at least 24 hours in advance to facilitate vehicle and driver arrangements.
• To maintain the vehicle's interior environment, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle (except for drinking water).
• The driver primarily communicates in Japanese and can use translation software to assist with communication with passengers.
