Instruction of the redemption was clear and easy to find. We arrived slightly early so there was some waiting time. The connection was good and three devices were connected almost all the time. Value for money.
Very convenient. Have yet to return it but so far no issues. Delivered very early (probably in anticipation of CNY?). Comes with a charging USB cable and a carrying pouch. Battery lasted the whole day for us. Only ran out of juice once when we were out for a much longer day. Don’t think we’ve hit the 1GB limit between two of us so no problem with speed either.

A very quick and easy process! Just order and state your delivery time and they will drop it off 1-2 days in advance! Once you have completed your trip, give them a call and they will schedule someone to come and collect it! Couldn’t be easier!

Wifi was delivered 3 days prior to my departure due to the Christmas holiday. Very much appreciated. wifi works very well in Japan and battery can last whole day.
Fuss free! Can choose to get it delivered to your house before you travel. Parcel came earlier than stated. And you can just pack it into the bag that they provide for you and someone will come to collect it back. Super convenient.
