Child Seat and Luggage Disclaimer:

• Child Safety: This service uses legally operated green-plate vehicles, and child safety seats are not mandatory by law. If an infant/child seat is required, please book in advance; the supplier can provide 1 free of charge. ※ Note: Each child seat occupies approximately 1.5 passenger seats, which may reduce the number of passengers or luggage capacity.
• Special Luggage: For oversized luggage (over 29 inches), golf equipment, baby strollers, etc., please inform us in advance. These will be counted as 2 standard pieces of luggage.
• Refusal to Carry Due to Overload: If the vehicle cannot be safely operated due to passenger luggage or headcount exceeding capacity on site, the driver reserves the right to refuse service. The passenger will be responsible for any related liabilities and additional dispatch fees incurred on site.

Driving Range and Pick-up/Drop-off Location Regulations

• Osaka City Itinerary: Attractions are limited to Osaka city area, and the round-trip driving distance on the same day must be within 100 kilometers.
• Outside Osaka City Itinerary: The total driving distance, centered in Osaka city, must be within 300 kilometers for a same-day round trip. ※ Cross-region Restriction: If the itinerary spans multiple regions (e.g., “Kyoto + Kobe” combination), it will be considered a cross-region itinerary, and a cross-region service fee will be charged. Please consult customer service for a quote.
• Pick-up/Drop-off Locations: Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses within Osaka city. 【Different Location Pick-up/Drop-off】 If the pick-up or drop-off location is in areas outside Osaka city such as Kyoto, Kobe, or Nara, the driver’s empty return travel time will be reserved based on the actual distance, or an additional fee for different locations will be charged. 【Specific Areas】 If the departure or destination is Kansai International Airport (KIX) or Izumi City, an additional regional surcharge will be applied.
• Excess Mileage Fee: If the total mileage of the itinerary on the day exceeds 300 kilometers, an additional JPY 400 per kilometer will be charged on site for the excess portion.

Service Hours, Overtime, and Late-Night Surcharge

• Standard Service Hours: Each itinerary is 10 hours. ※ For different pick-up/drop-off locations (e.g., Kyoto departure/Osaka end), the service time must deduct the driver’s empty travel time from the departure point or back to the car depot.
• Available Service Time Slot: 07:00 to 21:00 (Please plan your departure and attraction stay times reasonably within this period). Overtime Fee Standard: (Any time exceeding 15 minutes will be calculated as 1 hour) 【Vehicles with 10 seats (inclusive) or fewer】: An additional JPY 5,000 per hour will be charged. 【Vehicles with 14 seats (inclusive) or more】: An additional JPY 10,000 per hour will be charged.
• Late-Night Service Fee: If the itinerary is still ongoing after 22:00 or if the vehicle is used after this time, a late-night service fee starting from JPY 5,000 per instance will be charged on site (calculated based on actual time and location).

⚠️ Special Statement: Overtime caused by, but not limited to, traffic jams, delays in attraction queues, waiting for passengers, or other force majeure factors, will be included in the overtime calculation and subject to overtime charges.
