What to expect
This class puts you inside that culture. We start at a neighborhood supermarket the kind local moms actually use, then head to our MagicalTrip studio to make three dishes I cook at home: okonomiyaki, niku-sui, and gyoza. We finish with a tasting of three local sakes paired with the lunch you made, and the recipes are yours to download.
Perfect for anyone who wants to experience Japan through its food, not just eat it — solo, couples, families, groups all welcome. No cooking experience needed; I'll guide you through every step in English, and you'll leave with the skills to bring a little Osaka into your kitchen back home.
