the cherry blossom was not in a full bloom but yeah we enjoyed it so much. its our first time experiencing it but it gives us something different to remember. Must vist esp mid feb-early march it probably a full season of cherry blossoms
Would highly recommend this place if you want to experience cherry blossom in Taipei. This place is about 20 km from Taipei City. Reaching here by Public transport is bit tough as only one bus runs through this place. We visited this place by renting a scooter for half day at 200 NTD + 27 NTD for fuel. The early cherry trees blossom in January while the late cherry blossom will be in March. The ginger sweet potato soup was delicious.
If you’re around Ximen, the trip is really quick. The Three Gorges area is beautiful, though it was raining when we went, so we didn’t get to explore much since we didn’t have an umbrella. Overall, the trip was still really okay!
The farm is huge, with lots of places to explore, and it’s a great spot for photos. I saw on Google that you can take a bus or train to get there, but honestly, the best option is by car. It’s quite far from the city—we took about an hour to get there by Uber. The location is up on a hill and not easy to access. We expected there to be buses or food options, but there weren’t, which made it a bit challenging for us. Luckily, our driver was willing to wait and take us back. Otherwise, it would have been very difficult to find a taxi to go up and pick us up.
Visiting the Daxiong Cherry Blossom Forest in Sanxia on a weekday, the cherry blossoms were in full bloom across the mountains, which was incredibly beautiful. Buying tickets online through Klook was very convenient. After entering the mountain, the internet signal can be weak, though some areas are fine (the signal is intermittent). I had the QR code saved on my phone beforehand. Parking spaces are limited, so it's a matter of luck! Fortunately, I went on a weekday and found a parking spot. There's a shuttle bus available at the bottom of the mountain (for a fee).
it was a wonderful experience! Cherry blossoms was just a dream, but yesterday it came true! i hope klook will have also shuttle service going here.
cherry blossoms are very beautiful . the area is so nice . come and visit if you plan to travel in taiwan
Must try when you’re in Taiwan during Feb! Flowers are in bloom during our visit. We booked this together with the carpool we booked since its cheaper in Klook than buying in the entrance itself. Use my code CHIBUGANKLOOK on any Klook activities to save more!

A popular limited-time attraction in New Taipei City, perfect for family outings in the spring. It boasts over 4,000 cherry trees, attracting many visitors to admire the flowers. The cherry blossom forest covers approximately 5 hectares, and when the cherry trees throughout the area bloom each spring, they create a magnificent sea of pink and white cherry blossoms, resembling a paradise on earth.
