"Chateau Katsunuma" has vast private fields in "Torii-bira," the most suitable place for wine grape cultivation. They cultivate and protect the soil with organic fertilizers, and produce local premium grapes for winemaking. There is a Yamanashi specialty center selling seasonal juices, scallops cooked in Koshu wine, Shine Muscat sweets, and other products. On-site, you can also enjoy wine tasting at the winery.
