It is also recommended to walk to [Rokko Garden Terrace] to check in at the observation deck with an altitude of nearly 900 meters, overlooking Kobe Port and Osaka Bay, and enjoy the endless beautiful scenery. There are also specialty products and snack counters waiting for you to visit~ If you have plenty of time, don't miss the [Rokko Shidare Observatory] (¥1000) next to it, which is full of design. Richard the guide was great and communicative. I'm grateful for his ability to switch between three languages. For a stress-free commute to Rokko Snow Park and Arima Onsen, choose this tour. This tour was quite fun with the options at the park, although I wish there was more time in the Arima Onsen area. With the hour you have, if you don't enjoy the onsen or the foot bathing area, try the soy milk/black bean ice cream, soy milk donuts, and egg pudding. Arima Onsen area has a lot to explore.
Our family of four really enjoyed our trip to Mt. Rokko. My youngest was a big fan of the snow. He had an absolute blast sledding and making snowballs. The only thing we weren’t happy with was the locker system. Once you pay for a locker, you cannot re-access it. We locked the locker, and a few seconds later I realized I had left my phone inside. When I opened it again, I had to pay a second time just to lock it. I thought the purpose of a locker was to store our belongings and allow us to access them with the key if needed, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. We ended up paying twice. That aside, our tour guide was great. I think her name was Vivian. She patiently waited for everyone, took us to the onsen after the snow park, and helped us with the entry. The onsen wasn’t very big, but it was still nice and relaxing after a long day. Overall, we are happy with the tour :)

We participated in the snow play package, and the overall experience was good. The kids had a lot of fun! The tour guide, Karin, explained the process and attractions very clearly and in detail, and the arrangements were very well done. The shuttle bus was also very punctual with no delays at all. I would definitely recommend this one-day tour!

- Kin no Yu (Kinsen, brown iron-rich hot spring) Closed: Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month + January 1st (New Year’s Day) Rule: If Tuesday falls on a public holiday, it will operate as usual on that day, and close on the following Wednesday. Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, last entry 9:30 PM Includes free Taiko Footbath, which closes on the same days as Kin no Yu.
- Gin no Yu (Ginsen, clear carbonated radium hot spring) Closed: Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month + January 1st (New Year’s Day) Rule: If Tuesday falls on a holiday, the facility will close on the following Wednesday. Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, last entry 8:30 PM
- Skiing is a high-risk activity; please purchase appropriate insurance in advance.
- Due to Japanese law, vehicle usage time cannot exceed 10 hours. The guide will adjust the itinerary based on the actual travel situation on the day. Please be aware of this.

- The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the guide may reasonably adjust the order of visiting attractions after consulting with guests and obtaining their consent, provided that the number of attractions in the itinerary is not reduced.
- Each person can carry one piece of luggage for free. Please note this in the "Special Requirements" section when placing your order. If not informed one day in advance, and luggage is brought temporarily, the guide has the right to refuse the guest to board the vehicle due to potential overcrowding and impact on driving safety. No refund will be given; we apologize.
- We will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of participants. You cannot specify the vehicle type; please be aware of this.
- During group tours, early departure or leaving the group midway is not allowed. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be considered as voluntarily forfeited, and no refunds will be given.
