Rottnest Island is worth visiting! It takes less than 10 minutes to walk from Fremantle Station to Bshed. I showed the QR code at the counter and they immediately issued me a round-trip ticket. It was a weekday in mid-March, but the boat was full. The sea and sky are very beautiful on Rottnest Island, and you can also meet cute quokkas. The sun is quite strong, so I recommend taking measures such as sunscreen.

We had a great day at Rottnest island. The staffs are friendly. We met some quokkas. Very beautiful beaches. When we were on our way back to Perth, there was an a performance by a local artists on the ferry singing an old songs. Maybe because it was on New Year day.

Although the boat trip from Perth is long, the scenery on both sides of the Swan River is beautiful. You can take a sightseeing bus around the island to enjoy the beautiful scenery at various scenic spots.

Review for: Barrack Street Jetty Elizabeth Quay, Perth - Rottnest Island (P8BPNW)

It was an eventful full day trip. The ferry ride out from Barrack St Jetty was nice. Got to see dolphins and jelly fishes on the way out along the harbour. The island have many beautiful beaches with clear water. Get to take pictures with the famous quokkas. Recommend to take the ferry ride from Barrack st as the boarding point is less crowded. The bad thing is that the island main landing area is crowded with tourists and locals.

It was a really straight forward transaction. The ferry also includes a little speaking tour as we pass by perth, complimentary drinks, and theres still live singing on the way back. Seat were comfortable, the ride was great.
