Our driver arrived on time. Very good driver and we arrived safely in Sapa just in time for our afternoon tour. We have enough stops to grab food for snacks and toilet breaks. The vehicle is in good condition with massage for both standard and VIP. Advised to book VIP for more convenience. The front seats are a little bit tight while the back seats are shaky.

The HK Busline support has messaged me through WA on the day of our booked travel. The driver called me when he reached the airport. the sleeper bus was on time. need to remove shoes before going inside the bus, the driver will give you a plastic bag for your shoes. we took the lower cabin. they have free water and wet wipe. there’s a tv with headphone if you want to watch. the seat/bed also has massgae function but too loud, as it was a late night travel, we opted not to use the massage as it’s noisy and would be bothersome to the other passengers 😅 Left Hanoi Intl Airport around 10pm and reached Sapa before 6am. they have a free shuttle to our Sapa hotel which is convenient. This is recommended way to travel from Hanoi Intl Airport to Sapa. Btw, the last pic I took for reference for those travelling and would like to recline/upright their seats - coz it took me a while to figure it out 😁 Hope it helps.

we had a very comfortable ride going back and forth Hanoi - Sapa. The limousine minivan looks so luxurious. We were pick up and drop off in our hotel. Along the way there were two stops where you can buy food and use the comfort room if you need to. This is highly recommended.

this ride was really vip and with massage chair. very spacious indeed. we also have free water too. smooth ride! driver was careful.

Posh limo van with comfy seats, wifi, phone charging, sun shade window, back massage, drinking water. I was asleep most of the time. There were two stopovers for toilet break. Land travel should be like this. We would do it again.

our trip from Hanoi to Sapa was perfect! the Minivan assigned to us was so nice and the chair are very comfortable. we opted to purchase the VIP and we are glad we did it. they gave each one of us a bottle of water which i really appreciate.

It’s door-to-door—from your accommodation in Sapa straight to your accommodation in Hanoi—just make sure you provide the correct address ^^ Shoutout to Mr. Lâm Quỳnh, who was very kind and drove us safely to Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this over the sleeper bus or sleeper train, especially if you get motion sickness like I do.

We took a limo van from Hanoi to Sapa, and honestly, it was such a good decision. The seats were wide and super comfy — perfect for catching up on rest during the long drive.
