Our driver, Mr. Huy, despite not being able to converse in English, made every effort to communicate with us. He called someone to assist with translation and even downloaded an app to help. He was very kind and recommended places to eat and ways to save money and time. He also accommodated our request to visit Vietrekking Cafe, even though it was no longer part of the itinerary. Additionally, he offered to book tickets for us online to avoid long queues. We gave him a tip, which he was initially reluctant to accept, but we insisted.

Wonderful driver assigned for my limousine van transfer from Hanoi to Sapa! Mr Linh knows simple English, very friendly and safe driver. The transport company admin, Miss Duyen, WhatsApp me the driver name and vehicle number the night before. He arrived early. He told us how many stops along the way (two stops) and how many minutes at each stop. My group of 7 has a few elderly people and he was patient and helpful to hold them up and down the van and check the seat belts. Thank you again to Mr Linh!

Such a great limousine that have a spacious room and massage chair, super clean and comfy. Mr Hao such a great and experienced driver, he is so calm to drive in the mid of fog down the hill, even we can’t see anything within 1m because of the bad weather. Unfortunately he only drop us 1 time to rest area for 6 hours trip😝. Even Mr Hao cannot speak english, but we all feel safe and comfy on our way back to Hanoi. Thank You Mr Hao
