Hanoi - Sapa Bus Seating Limousine Bus by HK Buslines

Had a great experience with HK Buslines Limousine from Sapa to Hanoi. The van was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with reclining seats and massage functions. The staff were accommodating and the trip was smooth and convenient. Pickup and drop-off were also well organized. Highly recommended for anyone traveling between Sapa and Hanoi! 🚌✨

They pick us up at Noi Bai International Airport and drop off at our booked Hotel at Sapa, Vietnam. Very nice experience. The bus was clean and the whole trip was smooth and comfortable. I like the interior and it has a very cozy vibes. I really recommend this if travelling to Sa Pa. The whole experience was great!

Unmatched professionalism and standard-setting service! Riding with HK Busline was easily one of the best transit experiences I’ve ever had From the moment I boarded, which I first found odd that I have to remove my shoes inside the bus, but that was why the whole interior of the bus was spotless, cozy, and clearly maintained. The seats were comfortable, making the trip smooth and completely stress-free. What truly sets them apart, however, is their incredible team. I mistakenly left my camera behind at the bus stop-over and the staff went completely above and beyond to help me. Instead of brushing off the incident, they actively coordinated, tracked down the location, and safely returned my camera to me. That level of integrity, dedication, and genuine care is extremely rare. Thanks to Ms.Phuong and her husband at the Sapa HK Office. I can't thank them enough. We tried both HK Buslines' cabin sleeper bus and limousine bus, and we liked their limousine bus more. The ride was smooth and comfortable with blankets, reclining massage chair, complimentary water and wet wipes. There was no comfort room inside but there were two bus stops where passengers can use toilets and grab some food. They picked us up in our hotel in Sapa and dropped us off at our hotel in Hanoi for free! Great option when transfering from Sapa to Hanoi or vv.

I had a great experience with HK Buslines! The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we requested an earlier pickup than our originally scheduled time. They assisted us immediately, allowing us to board the bus earlier than expected. We truly appreciate their excellent service and responsiveness. The bus is comfortable and clean and spacious enough for you to have a good sleep. But if you are a light sleeper like me, its a challenge to sleep peacefully. They reached out prior to the trip to advice the time of pick up to bring you where the bus is. There was also an accident along the road, which delayed our trip for like 3 hours. We did receive an email for the current traffic situation , but no explanation. Overall, its a good way to travel to sapa.

Took the limo bus from Sapa to Noi Bai Airport. Highly recommended, clean and comfortable. The seats were really comfy. An added service was they can pick you up from your hotel within the 5km radius of their terminal. Tip - always wear socks - you have to take off your shoes when riding the bus, limo or sleeper.

I wasn’t a fan of a sleeper bus and this was one of the best decision’s I ever made in this travel. Loved the over all experience. I think I have overused the massage in the chair as I enjoyed it a lot during the trip. lol. Will surely book the same once I go back to Sapa.
