Great services and location. Closed to train station, resturants and shopping centres. Everything is very tidy and clean. Check-in/Check-out is very easy.

I went there for my birthday. I used Forza for the second time. It's a place with very good access to shopping. I'm so grateful to Forza for celebrating the anniversary. But I don’t think there‘s communication between the staff. I’m Korean, so I‘ve looked for a staff who can speak Korean several times, but every time they said there was none. After 30 minutes, I saw a staff who can speak Korean. Thank you, Mr. Watanabe. I will use it again next time.
