Fantastic

Superior Twin Room [Non-Smoking] · 2 Adults · 7 Nights

Overall ok but not very consistent with service. When we asked for new sleepwear, one night they delivered to the room and another night, they asked us to go down and get from the reception. Spacious and clean rooms. No hooks near the shower area so bit of a hassle. Location very convenient. Overall ok. Would recommend :)

Great

Superior Twin Room [Non-Smoking] · 2 Adults · 6 Nights

The staff were not the friendliest (just one actually, not sure if she was a Japanese), but in terms of comfort, location, and amenities, we have no complaints. We initially booked one room for three, hoping it could be accommodated since my senior citizen mother was with us. Unfortunately, we had to book an additional room. However, we appreciated that they accommodated our request to have all rooms on the same floor.

Hotel staff were excellent. Hotel temperature was very warm and made it uncomfortable to sleep. Rooms were a good size, however needed to be cleaned.

Convinent with great location, just a few minutes walk to subway station, the room was clean. We spent 2 nights, really has nothing to complain.
