We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient, especially being right on the beachfront. The airport transfers were superb and hassle-free, making our trip smooth from the very beginning. What truly made our experience exceptional was the customer service. The staff consistently checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. When we encountered a minor issue, they immediately attended to it and made sure everything was taken care of. Their attentiveness and genuine care deserve a 1000/100 rating! Since this was our first time staying here, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you for making our first experience so memorable! We genuinely enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended! ❤️

Second time staying here and I forgot how far it was from DMall. They upgraded my Deluxe room to a Suite. Nasira lang yung keycard ko and they weren’t able to fix it the rest of my stay so I had to ask frontdesk pa to open my room. Everyone one was nice naman.

We loved our stay here. From the place, staff and food. It's all worth it. - Ed It took awhile to return back to Boracay and this is the experienced that I would love to treasure. Special mention to : Michelle and two recep partners ( I wasnt able to get their names : It was a Female and the other one is male with tattoo on his left arm). All staff very friendly. And place is clean.

Greeted with a welcome drink. We got a free room upgrade and was so happy about it. Initially booked a room for 2 and got updgraded for a room 4 pax. Room was pleasant and clean. Staffs are very accommodating and warm. Breakfast was good too.

Super appreciate all the staffs from van to boat transfers and the daily encounter in hotel, they are approachable and accommodating. Downside only is if you want to explore around d’mall, its quite far so you need to ride tuktuk or walk for 17mins 😅 but all in all, im still willing to book this place again ☺️
