The staff are really accommodating from the guard, the lobby reception, cleaners and even the kitchen and bar staff. We had to set-up a surprise and the staff really helped us setting up the room and even lend us a balloon pump. Everyone greets their guest with genuine smile. The location is great as it is literally beach front. They also have beach bench where you can spend time watching the waves. From 7pm to 10pm, they have videoke which I enjoyed a lot. We also enjoyed the pool since we've been there during habagat season. The only problem we encountered is that the room is obviously old. While the rooms are neat and clean, the cr doors are too heavy to glide. They don't have enough floor mats - you can request it to the lobby tho (if still available). Overall, I will come back since we've had good experience with service. Hopefully they upgrade their facilities.

The place was good, front beach and the room was nice and clean. Staffs are nice as well. However, it was that comfortable because the air conditioner was not cold enough. The temperature was already set to 16 degrees, but it still felt like just a blowing fan. Overall, our stay was 9/10.

Had a pleasant stay at Crown Regency Beach Resort Boracay. I checked in late, but the staff handled everything so gracefully and made me feel welcome right away. That kind of service really makes a difference after a long day of travel. Definitely a plus for this stay.

If you’re looking for a 5-star modern hotel, this is not it. It’s a small, older, budget-friendly place, but very homey and right by the beach. Our room was only about a 30-second walk to the shore, which we really liked. I was hesitant to book at first because of the negative reviews, but I’m really glad I did. Our favorite spot was the lounge area facing the beach. We would sit there to watch the sunset or just watch people walk by. The aircon was very cold, the room was clean, and housekeeping cleaned our room every day. The free breakfast was okay but very limited, so I would skip it next time. Overall, for the price, cleanliness, location, and the staff and service, it’s a 5/5 for me. I would definitely stay here again. Big thanks to the staff!

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. Based on our experience, the ₱4,000+ per night rate didn’t feel very worth it. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The resort and rooms are quite old. It probably looked great before, but it seems like it’s not maintained as well now. Our room looked dated but it was clean. It had a bathtub and a shower with a heater. The only issue we had was with the air conditioner in the first room assigned to us. It was weak and kept turning off every 10 minutes. Maintenance tried to fix it but the problem continued, so we requested to transfer rooms. The new room had a properly working air conditioner. Pool access is free. However, it’s not very well maintained as there were some loose tiles around the pool area that could be unsafe if not noticed. The pool area is still a nice spot to relax, especially during sunrise or sunset. I suggest not to include breakfast if you’re expecting a buffet. Breakfast is served from a menu and not buffet-style

Love that it's a beach front. Food was good. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. The facility is a bit old and needs maintenance specially on the pool area, but, nonetheless, we had a good stay.
