hotel location: The location is very central. 2-3mins walk to the beachfront. ~10mins walk to D'Mall. Many restaurants near the area. I would say it is smack in the middle of everything in Station 2. Not too far from Station X and Station 1. transport access: A HOHO stop just across the street. service: The staff are very generous, kind, and accommodating. They gave us a welcome drink and upgraded our room for free. They listened very well to the feedback of guests. cleanliness: Overall, the place and the room are very clean. There's just a delay in room cleaning sometimes.

Great value for money! Thank you, Lime Hotel, for the excellent service. We requested an early check-in, and they kindly accommodated us without any additional charge. The staff member at the lobby was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He attended to all our requests and assisted with our luggage during check-in and check-out, which made the stairs much less of a hassle for us. The hotel is also very accessible to the beach, making it a convenient place to stay. That said, there is still some room for improvement. Some of the other staff members, particularly those delivering requests to the room, could be a bit more approachable. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the room wasn’t always cleaned as meticulously as expected whenever we requested tidying up. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent value for money.

Thank you for accommodating us on such short notice. We had a pleasant stay and would like to commend the staff for their professionalism and hospitality. They explained the check-in process and hotel policies clearly, making everything smooth and easy for us. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. While this is not a luxury hotel, it offers great value for money and provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience. If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the towels. Although they were clean, they appeared somewhat yellowish rather than bright white, which gave the impression that they were old or heavily used. Replacing or refreshing the towels would help enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the staff, and we would gladly consider staying here again if we return to the area in the future

We loved our stay here. The room was bright and clean. I appreciate they had a drying rack on the balcony. The aircon was cool. They have a working pool. The staff was great. Did not expect they will allow us to check-in early.

Great value for money! Perfect if you want a decent stay without spending too much. They provide a lot of essentials like towels, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste, plus cotton buds, soap, hair ties, and cotton pads so you can pack lighter. Not a fan of their shampoo and conditioner in one. If you have sensitive hair, it’s better to bring your own. Rooms come with useful amenities like a mini ref, safe, daily refillable water, kettle, hair dryer, TV, Wi-Fi, and bidet. You can also borrow umbrellas and beach towels, which is very convenient. Staff assist with bringing up your luggage, and they also have an elevator. Location is a big plus, about a 10-minute walk to D’Mall and only 3 to 5 minutes to the beach. It’s also along the main road, so transport is easy.
