We absolutely loved our stay! the room was spacious for us family of 4. the staff were very friendly. the guards are 24hrs on duty. the lifeguard was very visible at attentive. the location was great, Station 3 was more peaceful than 1 and 2. The beach front has some wood trash caused by moonson but water is very clean. breakfast has good choices though O wish they have more local food and options.

we highly recommend this hotel. all staff are friendly and accomodating. we also recommend their transport service from airport to hotel (no hassle at all and waiting time). For sure we will book again in this hotel.

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at Ondus! The property is new, in a great location, and just a few steps from the beach. Check-in was smooth, and we appreciated the cold towels and bottled water upon arrival. The room was spacious, and we loved that they provide beach mats and umbrellas. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and the pool was a great place to relax. The new breakfast buffet is also a nice addition! A few areas could be improved: housekeeping took over 4 hours to service our room, and it still wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The complimentary water also had an odd taste. The breakfast selection was limited, and the poolside cocktails were overpriced for their quality. We also hoped for more snack options, as the sweet potato chips were too chewy. Overall, I’d rate our stay 9/10. We’d definitely recommend Ondus and would love to come back!

Beautiful Hotel and Accommodating Staff.

We had a great stay in Ondus Hotel. Highly recommended for families with kids. very clean, convenient and all the staff are approachable and hospitable. Location wise - very peaceful and and the front beach is clean.

This is a great place to stay and truly one of the best experiences we’ve had. We stayed here while transferring from one hotel to another, and it happened to be where my son celebrated his birthday. Even though I didn’t inform the staff about the occasion, they surprised us with a cute birthday décor for my son, which we really appreciated. The staff are friendly, thoughtful, and very accommodating. The place truly felt like a home away from home. We are so happy we chose to stay here for my son’s birthday, and we would absolutely love to come back again. Thank you, Ondus!

Ondus Hotel exceeded all my expectations! Located right on the beautiful beachfront, the view was stunning and waking up to the sound of the waves made the stay truly memorable. What really stood out was the friendly and attentive staff. Every interaction felt warm and genuine, and they were always ready to help with a smile. The food and service were equally impressive.
