Best base for exploring. We picked this hotel for the location and it did not disappoint. Train station, bus stops, 7/11, Chiayi museum and food stalls all within a 3-5 min walk.

possible to miss since there is no big visible sign outside the building. we informed the staff through klook customer service since we do not have a local taiwan number that we might be arriving late. according to the csr they noted it but the hostel failed to provide us with the check in instructions if in case we do check in late. it will be best to provide the guest check in instructions as soon as they have a confirmation booking to prevent difficulty checking in. good thing the admin was able to check our whatsapp message once we arrived at around 10pm. it is also important to note that the hostel is around 30mins from the chiayi hsr. and that it is somewhat difficult to go back to the hsr since there is no direct local train connected to the HSR. you need to either take the bus and walk around 11 mins or take the bus and train then walk for about 5 mins.
