Everything was good and clean

Staff are lovely, location is great and room has a good size.

Very nice, very clean & bfast was fabulous and menu food was delicious. Manager he was so wonderful, drove us to Benoa for flying board + water activities for free. He was so generous to do that and me & girlfriends were so grateful. Excellent service & highly recommend

This was an incredible hotel to stay at, very clean, safe and in a phenomenal location. Just off the really busy streets but less than a 10 minute easy walk to the center of Ubud. The rooms, outdoor lobby, pools and restaurant were incredibly clean and the staff was kind, excellent and very helpful. Our room was large and looked out into beautifully kept gardens and a very clean and pretty pool. The beds and pillows were very new and incredibly comfortable. And in room amenities were excellent. The hotel restaurant was amazing with multiple choices for a full included breakfast and fantastic food for lunch and dinner at incredible prices, less than half the cost of places 5 min away and tasted way better! You need to try the banana pancakes and the carbonara! I cannot say enough good things about this perfect hotel. And I highly recommend anybody to stay here and will be recommending it to everybody I know back in my country that comes to Bali.

Great value for the price! The only down point was the steep stairs!

Very nice pool, excellent location. Rooms are good w/ nice balcony, but bathrooms could definitely be improved. Definitely better than some of the 4-stars hotels I stayed in Indonesia.
