The place is acceptable for a short stay, but not for a longer duration. Additionally, the bathtub is quite high, and some parts of the comfort room are clogged. The air conditioning also has some issues, making the stay uncomfortable and hot.

Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing. I sincerely hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness of the hotel. The room had a strong drainage/sewage smell that made our stay very uncomfortable. Another issue was that only one towel was provided for two guests. I was staying with my husband, so it was surprising that we were expected to share a single towel. The lack of a 24-hour reception also created a major problem. At night, only security guards were available, and they were unable to speak or understand English. When we encountered issues with our room, there was no one from the hotel who could help. We ended up having to leave and look for another accommodation in the middle of the night, during heavy rain. Overall, this was a very stressful experience. I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness, provides basic amenities for all registered guests, and ensures that someone is available at all hours to assist guests with urgent concerns.

Great place, very clean and well kept. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the banana pancakes.

we had a wonderful stay with a pond at our front door. it was very neat and tidy, i would stay there again if i stay in Ubud again

The staff are nice and welcoming. The location of the hotel is convenient cause it's just a few minutes away from ubud night market, monkey forest and agung rai museum of art. However, the room i have is kinda far from it's main lobby and their road is undulate. It's also nice to stay in ubud cause it has lesser tax compare to kuta/other place in bali. Also, i like the ubud vibes.
