I got their VIP room, with stunning of the downtown city. Very accessible to shops if you're up to exploring different dishes Kaoshiung has to offer. Also accessible to Pier 2 so it was easier to get around. Not to mention that they have really good breakfast buffet selections, too. The room i got had ToTo toilet seats. The only thing was it took some time for the AC to cool down and activate. When I checked in, it took them almost an hour to turn it on (they have to turn it on themselves somewhere, the room thermostat didn't activate without their intervention).

our stay at Q21 was very pleasant. they offer free parking, the staff was excellent and very helpful. the room was clean and intimate. The hotel was in a good location close to restaurants. We were able to do our laundr for free. We did not have the breakfast but we did appreciate the free coffee in the morning. I would certainly stay here again.

Professional staff. Clean and comfortable bedding and bathroom. Free self serve laundry. Breakfast was good.

excellent hotel. very affordable and comfortable. only 6-7 walk to MRT and very close to the art pier. there’s a 7/11 below as well.

this hotel provides self service laundry including washing powder. Good for people traveling for a while with dirty laundry. Parking is limited though ... but hotel will provide a coupon which you can park free at a nearby parking facility
