We were really happy with our experience in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcomed us warmly. The hotel itself is located within the city and near the pier, so it made our life easy.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a prime location in Ayala that makes everything easily accessible. It’s just a 10–15 minute walk to Ayala Center Cebu, and there’s a nearby park that’s perfect for walking or running. A 7‑Eleven right beside the hotel adds extra convenience.
I tried their in‑room dining service and was pleasantly surprised—the food was both affordable and delicious. I also appreciated the free water refilling stations available on every floor. The staff and management were very accommodating and understanding, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Cebu.

Great hotel with very friendly staff, convenient parking, and an accessible location! Special thanks to the staff for being so understanding when my daughter accidentally broke a dental glass—they were kind enough not to deduct anything from our security deposit. So thankful for their wonderful service!

cleanliness: The room was really clean and klook saved us for the extra guests since it is already included on our fee.
breakfast: There were lots of food varities and it was definitely good. The staff was super welcoming and always greeted us. Definitely coming back in the future!

They greeted my child for their birthday, which was a lovely request they fulfilled. I was so happy with our room; I didn't expect the Deluxe room to be so spacious. It had a Queen bed, but it was big enough for the four of us (2 adults, a 4-year-old, and a 1-year-old). There's a balcony overlooking from the 27th floor, a pool area, and a skydeck for the bar and breakfast. The facilities are beautiful, and it's definitely recommended because it's also affordable.
