staff was really helpful and polite.. we did old city historical tours so the location in the city center was very spot on. This is a good hotel and we plan on going back, i know its not super new, but my 11 yr old kid calls it fancy hotel lol. its also ok for the price. *pic is view fr our room

Overall, it was a very satisfactory service despite only one elevator working. The staff are very accommodating, even the security guards. The room is very clean and affordable for a very budget-friendly hotel. I am planning to book again sometime.

Had a great time staying. It was our first time and we had memorable a experience throughout the stay. We had booked a standard room but they upgraded to superior without paying extra. Staffs were really nice and accommodating.
