T'was such an amazing and unforgettable stay at this Hotel. The whole family enjoyed their full amenities and all the staffs are very friendly and accommodating all throughout our stay. We had the Aqua Family Room and it was so relaxing and mesmerizing seeing fishes in their aquarium wall. All the toiletries are well-served and the room service was great too. What's also best in our stay is that we got the free aqua park passes on our first day, and the fish spa is super nice experience too. I might say that this hotel is Highly recommended to stay here for your next travel.

I absolutely loved my stay here as a first-time guest. celebrated my birthday & the complimentary surprise cake made the occasion even more special!
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt luxurious especially the fully functional bathtub, modern toilet seat, and well-maintained bathroom. The staff were warm and accommodating throughout our stay, from reception to the lobby team.
The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had. dining area was spacious, food selection was enjoyable. I would love to see addtl options such as bacon, pastries, local kakanin,& hot chocolate.
A few minor details could also be improved. The room was cold and comfortable, but some towels looked worn and the carpet had visible stains. These did not significantly affect our stay, but addressing them would elevate the experience further.
Overall, it was a wonderful birthday stay, and we will definitely return to try the gym and pool. Thank you for making my celebration memorable! ✨🤍

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Century Park Hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and accommodating.
The pool area is a major highlight — there is a huge main pool, kids' pool, jacuzzi, and even an Olympic-sized pool. The facilities are well maintained, with a fully functioning shower and locker room, which made the pool experience even more convenient. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of choices.
The location is convenient, especially if you're visiting the PICC and nearby areas.
A couple of minor concerns: there aren't many restaurants immediately around the hotel, so you need to walk a little or take a short ride to get more dining options. Also, the TV isn't a smart TV, which feels a little unexpected for a hotel nowadays.
Overall, though, I would definitely consider staying here again. The spacious room, friendly service, excellent pool facilities, and breakfast make it a very good-value hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to the room attendant for kindly providing us with an extension cord for an extra power socket—it was a small gesture that made our stay much more convenient. Excellent service!

Returning guest at this hotel due to its location and convenience. I commend the front desk c/o Ma'am Wanda and their Manager Sir Dan for handling our concern and providing solutions on the faulty Air conditioning on our room. Please inform your maintenance team to check the whole 6th floor as the air conditioning seems not cool enough on its respective rooms. Thank you Hotel Lucky Chinatown.
