I'm GENCEL Portes. I had a great two-night stay at this hotel. They upgraded my booking to a Mayon view room because they were late in preparing my room. Btw, their buffet was also great. Thanks! sorry for the pic. just interested with 30 klook cash 😅

The staffs are accomodating and the process of check-in is fast and smooth. Room facilities are good.

I chose the cheapest accommodation so my expectation wasn’t high but it was actually really nice for its price! Complete with parking, and common area amenities like the kitchen & dining area where you can cook & eat your own food. Also, they offer a magnificent view of Mayon Volcano from their rooftop complete with tables & chairs so you can drink coffee (they offer free coffee too!) while admiring Daragang Magayon 🗻✨ I just hope they change the murals because it sort of messes the atmosphere in the photos 🥲 I highly suggest putting more plants as backdrop for the Mayon view and just put up signs for reminders 🙏🏼also, we went there Dec 27-29 but unfortunately there was still heavy traffic on our way to Legazpi due to the landslides caused by the recent typhoon so we weren’t able to make it to the checkin time (2-10pm.) We arrived at 5am of Dec 28, and they still graciously accepted us. Good thing I have emailed Red Doorz customer service the night before knowing that we won’t make it on time and they were notified right away. We weren’t able to get any refund for the unused date (Dec 27) but it’s okay, we’re just thankful that we didn’t have to find another place to stay because everything was fully-booked. The staffs were nice & accommodating however the shower heater wasn’t working in 2 out of the 3 rooms that we occupied so we had to take turns in using the shower & even had to use the kettle for hot water. I hope they can do something about this since as we all know hot shower is a necessity for travellers. But all in all, it was a good place to stay. Clean & comfortable beds with homey aesthetic for each rooms and common areas.
