The hotel is clean, spacious, and in a very nice location. It鈥檚 easily accessible to public transportation, making it convenient to get around. Plus, you get a beautiful view of Mayon Volcano! Highly recommended! 馃槉

We had a great stay! The room is clean and spacious. Had a common area outside the room too. Accessible and convenient since its near the mall and 10 mins walk to the terminal. My only concern is that when I booked the place here, it doesnt say that I need to pay for the additional pax. When I booked the it, it says that it can accomodate up to 6pax, thinking that its already included on the total price I paid. However, I was prompted to pay at the counter when we checked in. Hopefully, this should be reflected in the app. But all in all, great place to stay!

Superb view of mayon from 2nd floor. It is a nice sun rise and sunset and also we saw the smile of Mayon as slightly lava pour on its mouth that night. The staffs are approachable and friendly. However, recomment to put a tissue for claening of microwave and oven. But the overall place is superb!

While F2M Tower wins on location and cleanliness, the infrastructure needs improvement. The lack of a generator turned a simple power outage into a safety issue, especially in a windowless room where the door security felt compromised. The initial foul smell from the tap and the slow Wi-Fi were also downsides. The staff are lovely, but just be prepared for the 100 Pesos/hour early check-in fee. It鈥檚 a decent spot for a quick sleep if you need to be near the malls, but not the best choice for those relying on stable power or internet.
