The staff are friendly and easy to approach. They approved my request to book our room infront of the ferries wheel. The room is very spacious for the whole family. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The only issue arose during check-in when I added an extra night over the phone. They initially charged me a higher rate, but I was assertive in explaining that my conversation with their staff confirmed I should pay the same rate as my original booking. After several discussions, I successfully got them to honor the rate I booked through the app. This hotel is just across the train station after we arrived Sapporo. Perfect stay!

Loved our stay in this hotel. The room was big enough. Friendly staff and great amenities. The location was perfect in terms of our itinerary. The bus station to the airport was nearby. Would love to stay again.

Really loved this hotel! Incredible view of Nakajima Park especially when it snows! Staff were accomodating and courteous. Room was cozy and spacious. Hotel’s location is also great as it’s walking distance to major Sapporo City tourist spots.

Our stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo was very pleasant and worth the price. The whole hotel seems very clean and upscale. Staff were all courteous and very accommodating. I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues who plan to visit Sapporo.

Amazing location! There's a bus stop in front of the hotel, and a subway entrance right around the corner, it's 300m away from Tanukikoji St, and less than 1km away from Odori Park. The location was so convenient. I also really appreciate that they put me in a room that overlooks outside, providing an amazing view for when it snows. The rooms are clean, and it's actually very spacious. Will definitely stay here again if I ever find myself back in Sapporo.
