The staff are friendly and easy to approach. They approved my request to book our room infront of the ferries wheel. The room is very spacious for the whole family. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The only issue arose during check-in when I added an extra night over the phone. They initially charged me a higher rate, but I was assertive in explaining that my conversation with their staff confirmed I should pay the same rate as my original booking. After several discussions, I successfully got them to honor the rate I booked through the app. This hotel is just across the train station after we arrived Sapporo. Perfect stay!

the room is a bit small but good for only 2 people, but it's okay because the location is the heart of susukino, the staff also assist is us on our check in, it is also near susuukino station, overall we enjoy our stay in this hotel.

Great hotel and budget friendly. Just few steps away from train station. only downside is the breakfast which is the same everyday. stayed 3 nights nothing changed of added in the breakfast menu. but stay was great

Loved our stay in this hotel. The room was big enough. Friendly staff and great amenities. The location was perfect in terms of our itinerary. The bus station to the airport was nearby. Would love to stay again.

It’s a very good choice to stay in Mystays Hotel Aspen. It’s clean and quiet. Very early breakfast if you have an early trip in the morning. It’s near the Sapporo Main Station and malls. They also have a resto bar where you can spend time with your friends and family at night for a dinner or drinking, they serve tapas!

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with beautiful view of botanical garden — perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent every morning, offering a great variety of both Japanese and Western options — everything was fresh and delicious. 🍱
The hotel’s location was also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and transport, making it easy to get around. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 🌟
