Staff are very accomodating and they are the best. Though they can improve with the internet stability. Other than that, this place is very serene and we really had the best time.

place looks quite new even though its almost 2 decades old. People are warm and friendly and helpful and approachable. rooms are clean and tidy and kid safe. Pool is the best as it is Heated and clean. Jacuzzi as well. will probably book here again. make sure you book the room with A tub if you have kids with you or on a romantic getaway. hope to get the chance to get here again nwxt year.

We loved the place. It was quiet and very relaxing. All the staff were nice. And they were kind enough to offer complimentary drinks when the electricity went out. Will def come back! 🫰🏻

I loved my stay! it was so fun. Not a lot places that offer staycations with a dog as big as a a golden retriever. staff was so nice and very accomodating. I love how nice they were to my dog. the atmosphere was nice enough, but there was an ongoing construction so there's still a bit of noise. The room I stayed in had a bit of wear and tear and the bathroom closet smelled a bit funky, but it was so spacious and had 3 balconies to choose from. The food was nice but a bit expensive. I wish there was a wider selection of fheir menu. Like dessert for example. But the staff was a gem. Thanks to them, it was easier to get my dog accustomed to this new place. plus they served breakfast earlier to accomodate me. Will be coming back.

Amazing view!! Staff are very friendly. They gave us a complimentary wine when they knew that it’s our wedding anniversary. The only cons is the inhouse food are too expensive and not so much variety. They also have a corkage fee for outside food. I hope they will improve on that part. Coffee is great :)

Nice experience with this hotel. Facilitis are nice and functional although we still have to double check with the staff regarding our booking was able to check in on time

The staff are super friendly. The place is perfect if you're looking for a serene and quiet place to relax and rejuvenate. Looking forward to come back.

We stayed over the weekend. Staff were so accomodating specially that we have requested to change our original schedule. The place is so neat and quite. The view was superb though it is only the side of the Taal lake that you can see over the balcony and from your bed. The room was so spacious and clean. Even the bathroom is so spacious (bathtub is a plus😁). I only wish there is a separate control between the shower and bathtub (or I think its broken). Balcony is a nice spot if you want to have a dinner date under the stars. It was a place to relax over the weekend. They also offer massage services but you need to book it at least an hour earlier. And also there's a lot of room for parking. Needs improvement: - Breakfast is so-so. - A bit pricey for a room but yeah I can't blame for them for the view and superb service. - No free coffee/tea - Balcony chairs were noisy since it is made up of metal. I hope they can change it to wood so that its less noisy when you move it around. - Parking assistance

We had our second day in the Premier Suite and it was great! The room was spacious, clean, and very windy our food toppled over when we ate in the terrace. Service was superb! The staff was very accommodating upon our transfer from glamping to the suite. Spa was okay. We booked two hours of massage through the credits; the therapists didn’t finish the full two hours. Complimentary breakfast was good. Serving was small. We’ll definitely go back to 8 Suites.
