the staff are accommodating and has a very good customer service skills. It’s a bit challenging to get to the amenities if you’re staying at Ridge 1 as majority is in Ridge 3. The pool has a strong chlorine smell but the heated pool is a plus point. We love the breakfast, the view and the band.

The Hotel is nice, good location, good food, good facilities, respectful staff, we also enjoyed the heated pool. Good experience.

we really had fun! my kids did not want to go home and already miss the hotel. might book again in november.

all were okay except yung mga cabinets sa room maalikabok hindi nalilinis pati ung mga ceilings sa room but the staff are friendly naman

Over-all experience is good with nice staff, free breakfast, heated pool, bubble jet bath tub and shuttle. However, room is quite far from amenities which is on another building and elevator is under repair on our first day of stay. Room location was near/beside service area so there was notably several people passing by and talking along the corridors and some carts were parked right in front of our room. Must bring insect repellant.

We recently stayed here with my family and overall had a good experience, especially because of the amenities. Our kids absolutely enjoyed the activities and facilities, which kept them happily entertained throughout our stay. For family friendliness, it’s definitely a winner.However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The Room was a slight, old smell in our room, similar to damp wood or just because uts rainy season too. The Breakfast Buffet - If you come a bit later in the morning, most of the food selections are already wiped out (ubos na). They need to refill the buffet trays more consistently for late risers.Despite these minor issues, the great amenities made it a worthwhile trip.

Had a great time here with the family. The staff are nice and accommodating. The view from our veranda is amazing and the kids enjoyed the amenities.

Location was a little far away from the usual spots. But amenities are good and almost complete so it should not be an issue because you have good food and a lot of acitivities you can do in the hotel. Staff in the La Cresta restaurant were very helpful and accommodating. The bigger rooms are located in the old building so to get to the facilities, you need to ride their free shuttle which is always available. One unfortunate experience I had though was losing my Fibrella umbrella that has been with me for years. It was raining during our stay and we had to leave it in the rack to dry but when we came back we couldn’t find it anymore and the staff in the reception were not as helpful as well.
