The pick-up time was a bit early, but the weather was great and the guide's explanation was good. I was worried because the guide was English, but it wasn't hard to understand except for the accent! We were joined by people from various countries, and there were 9 of us in total, but it was fun. We also had a lot of free time, so it was comfortable!

Bana Hills was a good experience, riding the cable cars was amazing. Although the weather in the afternoon was rainy, still the experience was good. Han the tourguide was very accomodating and very patient with the group. The food was good, a lot of cuisine to choose from. Highly recomended

Tea was a great guide. He was very informative and communicated with me via WhatsApp before the tour. Sun world was very busy so the 300,000VND for the express pass to the ropeway was worth it.

Had a blast at Ba Na Hills. Using the voucher is very easy. The location for the bus pickup and drop off is easy to locate. This is a bus provided by Sun World, fyi. You only have to scan the QR code once at the entrance. The view from the cable car is breathtaking! They were giving away beer coupons (2 per person) at the entrance. Then you get 2 beer coupons as well in the buffet dinner. Buffet dinner has a nice selection. It was great! Went to the bridge at night and there were no more people. Was lucky to get the bus going back at 8:30pm as I thought it only comes back at 9:30. I also tried the Alpine coaster and it was fun!!

Bana Hills is beautiful and it is worth visiting our tour guide My, was very helpful and articulate, the buffet at four Seasons was superb so many choices but I think you have to be a bit early or late lunch, though it is so big but it becomes so crowded during lunch time, but overall it is all worth the experience, highly recommended.

The itinerary is satisfactory. There are different cable cars going up the mountain. The longest journey is 20 minutes and you can see the scenery of Da Nang. The buffet in the evening has different food and beer, and there is also a live band performance.
