★★★★★ Amazing service — highly recommended! This was one of the best experiences of my Da Nang trip. The seller was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. When I needed to change my schedule, they contacted the local operator directly and arranged everything for me. Replies were always fast, and they even helped with things before I asked. It honestly felt less like dealing with a seller and more like having a personal local guide taking care of me. The service, kindness, communication, and problem-solving were excellent. This was a very fun way to see Da Nang from the river. We did the night cruise which had some onboard entertainment with a dancer. They offered paid drinks if you also wanted them. Overall a really good cruise considering the price! Highly recommend!

Beautiful scenery, friendly staff, and we were offered a drink and well taken care of. My friend and I had a great time taking photos on the yacht. Everyone, please note to go to the correct meeting point if you're attending near the time of the fireworks display.

The food was okay and served as a plated meal. The cruise leaves exactly on time, so make sure to be punctual. Overall, you’ll definitely enjoy the tour.

Since it was Friday night, the pier was crowded, but I quickly followed the people waiting to board the boat, guided by the QR code reservation confirmation sent to my counter. Unfortunately, there was no water or fruit on board, but beer was available for purchase. It's an experience best had in person. The scenery is amazing! 😊 We were able to see both the fire and water displays from the Dragon Bridge.

I booked a join-in tour and it ended as a private tour for two. While the places visited is only around the hotel where we stayed at, it is still a lot better with a guide and having booked the tour in klook. The guide, Ms Thao is excellent in her profession as a guide.

It was a very interesting experience, comfortably enjoying the riverside scenery while sitting in a traditional cyclo! I highly recommend adding the audio guide; after learning about the history and culture here, you'll feel a stronger connection to Da Nang.
