Good view, good location, good weather, good service, great variety of choices and good price are selling points of this hotel. The view of Shing Mun River is excellent, very competitive to Victoria Harbour. The place is convenient. You can have good shopping days in Shatin Town Centre. This district is also a good example in town planning. What's a fruitful experience: relax and learning!

the room was good and it smells great as well as the staff are nice and accommodating. it is also near the hospital and near the food establishment also bank!

We got problem at first because the room smelled of cigarettes. We call the front desk and they take action immediately. We then transferred to another family room that we deserved. It's a quiet place away from busy streets. You can rest well. Staff are accommodating.

Friendly staff especially Nelson went out of his way to accommodate my request. location is perfect, bus to and from airport go straight to the hotel, it's also at the center of an commercial district, plenty to eat and shop. highlight is the stream room and sauna, clean and very well maintained. very good value for the price.

Good, convenient, this is my third stay, and the staff's attitude is excellent. Even when there was a strong smell of smoke coming from the bathroom on the second night, I decided to change rooms the next morning, and it went smoothly. The only issue was that after changing rooms, the air conditioning felt too cold, and adjusting it didn't help. However, travelers from the north might find it very comfortable. The third-floor restaurant is pleasant, and I had a delicious lunch there.

Although the location was very far from the central part of Hong Kong, it was easy to access the MTR and buses to go to the central parts of Hong Kong.
We had an issue with the air conditioning since we visited Hong Kong during the summer. However, the staff was very accommodating. They offered us a room with a better AC, and they also offered us a fan for our room. That was very accommodating of them.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience since the room was very clean, the staff was accommodating, and we didn't have many other problems with the hotel, other than the AC. Overall, it was a good experience.
