The room was so cute, big and clean. Check in process was easy and fast. The breakfast was ok not too bad. You can enter the park one hour before the others.

I booked a small king room at the Universal Studios Grand Hotel because I was going to Universal Studios for a day and a half. When I booked the hotel, I was given the privilege of entering the park 1 hour earlier. There is also a VIP channel to enter the park directly, which is very convenient.

I checked in early, unpacked my luggage, and went sightseeing in the city. It was convenient because the park entrance was close by, and it was easy to get to City Walk. They gave me a room key as a gift, so make sure to take it. However, the distance to the city (Jakgeumseong) is far.

Nothing beats the convenience and location of this hotel. We love the theme room! There is a special entrance for hotel guests. Staff are efficient at managing long queue of hotel guests entering the park in the morning. If you want to have breakfast at Lotus Garden prior to enjoying the park, go early as we noticed a long queue by 7.45am. Else order room service for breakfast to avoid the crowd. Kids can relax and have fun at the hotel Kids Club. City Walk has many dining options and dont miss the chocolate emporium.

The hotel environment is 10 points good, the room is also very large and clean, very close to Universal Studios, there is a hotel car directly to Universal Studios, it is worth recommending

very clean, we were able to check in early, check in time is 16:00 but we were able to checkin around 14:00. you can even order food via room service from 6:30 to 00:30. food taste great!

After visiting Universal Studios, you can go back to the hotel and rest immediately. In addition, being able to enter the park one hour earlier is a very good highlight. You can go play popular projects early in the morning.
