Amazing hotel connected to outlet mall on Level 3. The rooms are modern and good layout. They have in-house fragrance throughout the hotel lobby, corridor and room so the place smells so lovely. Indoor pool has a view of the Harry Potter castle but must bring sw caps.
transport access: free shuttle to and from hotel at designated times to Universal Resort.

booking through klook was easy and seamless. our stay was awesome, no problem at check in. totally worth the money as it is in the universal park itself and you'll be able to go back to your hotel anytime and reenter park anytime.

the hotel is right inside the Ujiversal Studios. So close and easy to access. There is also 1 hr early entry and a special line

We booked a Minion-themed room through Klook and received a discount on the room rate, along with a private, fast, and hassle-free premium check-in. It was absolutely wonderful! We emailed the hotel to let them know we would be staying during our child's birthday, and they prepared a birthday cake, a greeting card, and some small balloon decorations. It was a truly impressive touch!

Very helpful staff, we arrived quite late at night (so unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the exclusive check-in area) and requested for help to put our luggage in our room while we went to walk the Universal CityWalk. You could call from your room for any queries and they patiently answer (available in both English and Mandarin). There's different hotlines for the hotel and the park. Stayed for 1 night only, not sure we'd do more nights for the price it's at. The Kungfu Panda room is bigger than the Minion room though, which might be why it costs more than the room. We requested for some minion toiletries for our children which they obliged.
