Very good location! Breakfast was delicious, with a beautiful of view of the mountains. I felt rested during my stay.

The environment is clean, quiet, and well-soundproofed. The staff provides excellent service. It's convenient to go downstairs for shopping and dining. Nishiki Market is about a five-minute walk away. The only drawback is that the hotel itself doesn't have a smoking room, which may be slightly inconvenient for smokers.

The service was excellent. The hotel offered complimentary sake, beverages, and unlimited tea. The rooms were very clean and located in the city center, making it convenient to find places to eat. Although the front desk didn't offer Chinese service, simple English was sufficient for communication.
