The tour guide is friendly, kind and handsome. I arrived late and was still waiting for the tour via the KLOOK application. It's really the best. This is my 3rd time traveling via KLOOK. Basically, KLOOK is really the best.

This is my first time using Klook, it turns out the service is very good, on time and the bus is very clean.
The tour guide is young and speaks 3 languages, Japanese, English and Mandarin. He is very energetic and very helpful.

Despite the rain in the morning to Cape Kamui, Allen our nice tour leader informs us (family with 2 kids) that the optional boat ride is running and sea state will be ok. At Otaru, we find perfect weather during boat trip to blue cave. Sea gull feeding is fantastic. Overall day trip is good, bus is clean and looks new, almost full with tourists. The tour operator is very professional, nice, and informative. We start and finish on-time with optional boat trip taken to blue cave. Very recommended. Thank you for today!

Regarding price and arrangements: I felt it was very worthwhile because the round-trip public transportation fare between Sapporo city and Cape Kamui alone would cost around 5,000 yen. Although we departed on a weekend, it was a small group of only 12 people, so the driver would provide some simple introductions and information after getting off at each attraction before letting us explore freely. Itinerary: Shortly after arriving at the meeting point at Odori Station in the morning, the tour guide driver contacted us via WhatsApp call. Afterwards, we successfully boarded the van. The van space was a bit small, but it didn't affect our napping, and it was no problem to buy some souvenirs and put them on our laps during the journey. The first stop was Cape Kamui, with 2 hours of activity time. We slowly walked halfway and then walked back, which took an hour. We spent the remaining hour having lunch at the cafeteria at the entrance (at our own expense), the soba noodles were not bad. I also enjoyed the mint-flavored blue ice cream at my own expense (delicious!). The next stop, Shimamui Coast, was 40 minutes. I don't know if it was due to the season, but the tunnel leading to the coast was very dark and had many wriggling small bugs (goosebumps). After arriving at the coast, I found that the scenery was similar to Cape Kamui, and Cape Kamui was more open, so I personally didn't feel it was special. The midday sun was scorching, so we gave up walking to another place with better scenery. The next Nitori Orchard had 1 hour. In summer, you can pick cherries and eat them on the spot at your own expense (taking them away will be charged separately). The last stop was Otaru for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Of course, this time was not enough. It felt like a hurried sightseeing tour. Thoughts: This was my first time joining a day tour in Japan. Personally, I saved the physical and mental effort of planning + actually taking public transportation, and my family also reflected that the overall experience was very good.

This was my first time joining a day tour in Japan, and I didn't expect such a great experience! Although the weather at Cape Kamui wasn't good, it was still a pleasant surprise and I could really feel the power of the ocean. The Blue Cave was super fun and totally worth it. Highly recommended! Even high school students had a blast! I felt that Otaru wasn't as good as Beijing's moat^_^, just took a quick look around. Shiroi Koibito Park wasn't that impressive either. I was very satisfied with the two things I was most looking forward to. Tour guide Chen was very kind and worked hard. I will definitely consider this type of travel in the future. Thanks to this platform.

The itinerary was very satisfactory, the scenery was picturesque, and we ate so many cherries we could barely walk. Kiki's attitude was also great! Highly recommend bringing kids to pick fruit in the summer.

Loved this trip. Was really looking forward to seeing the coastline and had to book 3x because of minimum numbers, but so glad I did. Beautiful day, scenery amazing. Guide was on time and took us to all the spots, bilingual- English and Chinese, but young and not informative about where we were or any history. Other than that, fantastic day. Thoroughly recommend.

Cape Kamui is really nice, too bad we got a not so good weather when we visited. It will be awesome if the sky is blue. For the cherry picking I opt out but if you're a big cherry eater you should join or if you like me, you can buy the picked one for 850yen around 15 cherry a box. Otaru is a nice city to shop and eat a lot of dessert, our guide Tou recommend the Kitakaro and It's super good. Very milky and creamy. We also came at the right time so we can saw the performance and the shiroi koibito park. Overall a nice trip and would recommend everyone to take this. PS. I hope Tou's head is okay, he hit his head a lot of time because of his height 🤣
