Had a great stay at The Pacific Sutera Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The location is also convenient and close to many attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended, and I would love to stay here again!

My one night stay at The Pacific Sutera Hotel in Kota Kinabalu was superb from the warm hospitality of the staff to the breathtaking sea views, everything felt polished, welcoming, and memorable. The combination of luxury amenities, attentive service, and prime location made it an excellent choice for both relaxation and convenience.

The ambiance is beautiful, and the reception staff are very friendly. The room is incredibly tidy, with no unpleasant odors. I'm very satisfied with the room. The parking is spacious, and the area feels very safe.
